Description
The watching brief noted no evidence of human occupation or activity of archaeological interest in either of the two area subject ot archaeological observation and recording. In the opinion of Gifford the absence of evidence is likely to result from an absence of any physical activity in these areas which would leave traces in the archaeological record rather than the removal of archaeological deposits.
