Description
Single storey side extension to restaurant. Inspection of foundation trench for extension to restaurant. The trench measured 4.50m by 1m and was dug to a depth of 75cm. The spoil consisted of brown clay with rounded pebbles measuring up to 10cm in diameter. The trench was disturbed by older lead piping related to the existing building. No evidence of archaeological features was in evidence.
