Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken in 2005 during groundworks for the construction of a farm access track across a field at Castletown Farm, near Shocklach. The proposed track crosses part of a scheduled medieval settlement and field system, surviving as earthworks of tofts, crofts and ridge and furrow cultivation. (1)
