Description
Reported to M Leah by Mike Wellman of the Econet Team. Econet visit allowed exploration of a sandstone quarry in the grounds. Digital photos show general shots of the quarry and 19th century graffitti. Hotel publicity claims 17th century graffitti but this was not seen during the visit. N.B. the quarry appears on the OS 1st Edition 25" map but present hotel only from the 2nd Edition.
