Description
An archaeological evaluation of land at Maidenhills, Lewin Street, Middlewich comprising five evaluation trenches. The evaluation demonstrated that remains of the Roman road between Chesterton (Staffordshire) and Middlewich survive to a varying degree of quality and quantity towards the centre of the site.
