Description
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken in 2002 during groundworks for a residential development at Millbank, Greenalls Avenue, Warrington. No archaeologically significant deposits or artefacts were identified, although a small quantity of redeposited Romano-British pottery sherds were recovered. An area containing known archaeological deposits was left undisturbed.
