Description

An archaeological watching brief was undertaken in 1998/1999 on land off Chapelfields, to the rear of 59 Main Street, Frodsham. The study lies within the centre of the former medieval borough of Frodsham and there was a potential of the presence of former medieval burgage plots, however, no archaeological deposits or artefacts were identified.
