Description
A desk-based assessment was produced in 1998 for land at Arpley Meadows, Warrington, which is proposed for a mixed industrial, business distribution, retail and leisure development. The development area is situated on low-lying land, circa 5-7m above OD, in the Mersey basin and, due to the proximity of river meanders in the River Mersey, has been liable to flooding in the past.
