Description
An archaeological watching brief undertaken during a programme of landscape enhancement on the site of Barrow Old Hall. Below ground disturbance during the programme of enhancement was minimal, but a test slot through accumulated silts within the moat indicated that the feature had most probably been cleaned out, possibly completely, during the nineteenth century. (1)
