Description
Archaeological desk top survey and watching brief undertaken in 1994 for land at Main Road, Wybunbury. Although the documentary appraisal demonstrated archaeological potential for the village , particularly with regard to its Anglo-Saxon origins, only one archaeological feature was recorded, this being a 19th century pond. Survival of earlier features could have been affected by Post Medieval cultivation. (1)
