Description
Archaeological evaluation undertaken at Reaseheath College of Agriculture in advance of the development and comprising desk-based research, surface inspection, field survey (1:500) and trial trenching. The area of development lies adjacent to a medieval homestead moat, HER 190/1, (now scheduled). Six trial trenches were excavated but no deposits of archaeological significance were recorded.
