Description
Evaluation carried out by Earthworks Archaeology forNorthamptonshire Archaeology for Babtie on behalf of John Mowlem PLC. Along with minor features, five linear anomalies, two earthworks and including the blank areas of the Geophysics Survey on the site to the south of Rope Lane, near Shavington which took place in September 2001. The earthworks appear to be filled in drainage ditches and none of the anomalies of the Geophysics Survey (Event record: CH3484) were found to represent archaeological features. CCC Report: R2411.
