Description

The construction of the Inner Ring Road allowed the opportunity to explore the South West and North West Angle Towers. A short length of the fortress wall embedded in the city wall was seen to be part of the North West tower (1) Further work on the North West tower recorded its south eastern corner and west wall allowing a full plan of the feature.
