CRITERION E: BUILDINGS INCLUDED IN THE VALE ROYAL BOROUGH COUNCIL HISTORIC BUILDINGS SURVEY 1977 - 79 Whole rear of the building rebuilt/modernised in 1977. All windows, ie rear, front, sides - modern. Park Farm House, Grade III. C18 early, altered, brown brick with timber framing in gable end, S. 2 storeys including gabled dormers. Near flush casements. Interior - bevelled beams. Condition good.
