Architect: Douglas & Frodsham, Chester. William and Segor Owen.
Date: 1877 and 1899 with modern additions
Description
1877 portion of roughcast render over brickwork beneath a gable slated roof.
Metal casements in heavy stone dressed bays, first floor Victorian gothic windows surmounted by dormer gables.
1899 portion has stone mullion and transom windows with black and white timber framing to first floor level.
At the rear is an Italianate “campanile” tower, rendered with slated pyramidal top.
Condition
Good.
Current use
In use as dwellings.
