Description

Village/Town: Congleton 40 (Crofters) Cross Lane CW12 3JX Late Victorian villa in Flemish bond red brick with slate roof surmounted by decorative terracotta ridge tiles and finials. Sandstone sills and lintels with brick hood moulds over openings. Tower has a pyramidal roof with flared eaves. Original timber sash windows and bargeboards remain. A significant range of outbuildings contemporary to the house exists in good condition.
