Description

Village/Town: Macclesfield Hovis Pleasance, 22-28, Buxton Old Road, SK11 7EL. Hovis Pleasance is a group of Alms houses constructed in the 1920’s that were owned by the local Hovis Mill and occupied by mill workers. It is constructed of brick with timber, leaded windows finished with a skirt roof of rosemary tiles.
