Town house, now offices. Mid to late C18, altered. Brown Flemish bond brick; grey slate roof. 3 storeys. Painted sandstone plinth. Modern glazed door with 3 replaced concrete steps, east; modern shop window; second storey sillband of painted stone; painted stone sills to third storey; painted wedge lintels; 2 flush sashes, now of 4 panes, to each upper storey; frieze and cornice with roundels and stopped reeding to frieze; ridge chimney at west end. The rear has a long rear wing with a monopitch roof; the main rear wall has one flush 12-pane sash to the second and third storeys; the rear wing has a damaged 12-pane sash and a 4-pane sash in its end, and a sash in its east face. INTERIOR not inspected.
