Flemish bond brown brick front; parapet hides roof. 4 storeys including street and Row levels. The shop at street level has a modern front of no interest. Steeply-sloped stallboard in front of Row walkway. The Row shopfront has a rendered wall containing a door of 4 fielded panels above 2 flush panels in a case with reeded pilasters and a squarish window of 15 small panes. The third storey has a central flush tripartite sash of 4:12:4 panes with painted stone sill and gauged brick head with cambered soffit. The fourth storey has a flush 12-pane sash with 8 panes in the lower leaf, a painted stone sill and a cambered brick head; parapet with moulded coping. INTERIOR: the full-length cellar has all surfaces covered and the street-level shop has no visible features of interest.
