Town house, now offices. Probably c1800. Flemish bond brown brick, roof not visible, probably replaced. 3 storeys, 2 windows. The first storey has sandstone plinth with blocked chute opening, 3 stone steps to door of 4 fielded panels above 2 flush panels with margin-paned overlight in wooden pedimented doorcase with panelled pilasters; one 12-pane recessed sash with painted stone sill. Second storey sillband; two 12-pane recessed sashes. The third storey has two 9-pane recessed sashes with painted stone sills; wedge lintels to all windows; simple stone-coped parapet. INTERIOR: the dogleg stair, partly replaced, has swept rail but balusters boxed to upper flights. Cornices in front rooms of second storey. Rear not inspected.
