Town house, now shop and accommodation. 1717. For John Warrington. Rendered on brick with hipped grey slate roof, ridge at right-angle to front. The replaced shopfront has a part-glazed door, north, and a small-pane window over a panelled timber stallriser. Rusticated quoins; floorbands to third and fourth storeys; stone sills and keys; flush sashes, the second and third storeys having 2 sashes of 15 panes and the fourth storey one of 12 panes.
