Town house, now shop and offices. The frontage is early C19;
behind the back of the Row walk the interior was rebuilt
1970s. Brown brick, Flemish bond to front and English garden
wall bond to north return; hipped grey slate roof, ridge at
right-angle to front.
4 storeys of one bay. Modern shopfront. A tall round-arched
recessed porch, south, has cast-iron gates to 12 stone steps
leading to Row walk of Nos.11 and 11A Lower Bridge Street
(qv). One flush tripartite sash of 4; 12; 4 panes with painted
stone sill and false wedge lintel to each upper storey;
cornice and blocking course of painted stone.
INTERIOR is modern.
