Town house. Probably c1800. Brown brick in Flemish bond to front; grey slate roof has ridge parallel with street. 3 storeys; no plinth; door of 4 fielded panels has 2-pane overlight and wood doorcase with small hood; 2 flush 4-pane sashes per storey have painted stone sills and, to the first and second storeys, rusticated wedge lintels with drop keystones; the lower windows are of golden section proportion, the third storey windows less than square; fascia board to flush eaves. The rear is rendered, with features replaced. 2-storey outshut has lean-to roof. Openings have camber-arched heads. Replaced door and window to the first storey; the second storey has 2 nearly flush 4-pane sashes; the third storey, above the outshut roof, has a casement of three 2-pane lights in a half-dormer. INTERIOR not inspected.
