Small town house. Late C18 front, restored 1970s. Brown brick in Flemish bond to front; grey slate roof, hipped to front, has ridge at right angles to the street. 3 storeys, one bay. Rendered stone plinth with moulded cap; 2 covered steps to door of 6 fielded panels in pedimented shouldered architrave with overlight of 4 panes. Painted stone sills and rusticated wedge lintels with dropped keystones; replaced nearly flush horned 4-pane sash to first storey; casement of three 3-pane lights to second storey, with sillband; nearly flush 16-pane sash to the third storey; moulded cornice beneath 8-course parapet with plain stone coping. The rear gable-end is rendered, with features largely replaced; door with plain overlight; nearly flush 6-pane horned sashes, one to the first storey and 2 to each of the second and third storeys; flush verge; 2 west chimneys. INTERIOR not inspected.
