Small town house. Dated 1735 but altered. Brown brick in English garden wall bond; grey slate roof has ridge parallel with the street. 3 storeys, one bay. Rendered plinth; 4-panel oak door in simple wood case with small moulded hood; replaced nearly flush horned sashes, one tripartite to the first storey and one of 12 panes to each upper storey; lozenge-shaped datestone inscribed B:IM:1735; flush eaves; west chimney. The rear has a wide gabled wing with no visible external features of note. INTERIOR could not be inspected.
