Town house now, in conjunction with No.14 Grosvenor Street (qv) and Nos 1, 3 and 5 Cuppin Street (qv), part of a restaurant. Early C19, brown brick in Flemish bond to front with grey slate roof, hipped to north. 3 storeys, one bay. Rebuilt brick and stone steps and half-landing to door of 6 flush panels in case with simple pilasters, frieze and cornice hood. One recessed sash per storey with painted stone sills and, except for third storey, wedge lintels with cambered soffits, 16-pane to first and second storeys and 12-pane with unequal leaves to third storey. Plain painted stone eaves coping; south gable chimney. The detailing is similar to Nos 1-5 (odd) Cuppin Street and 1-7 (odd) Union Place (qv), probably parts of the same development. INTERIOR not inspected.
