CHESTER CITY (IM) SJ4065NE BRIDGE PLACE 595-1/6/35 (East side) 28/07/55 No.13 (Formerly Listed as: BRIDGE PLACE Nos.1-11 AND 13 (Odd)) GV II Town house, now shop and accommodation. Rebuilt c1970. Brown rustic brick with hipped grey slate roof, ridge at right-angle to front. 3 storeys of one bay. 3 steps to small-pane glazed door in simple pedimented case, north, and a small-pane bow shop-window with brick apron, curved fascia and flat roof. Flush sashes to upper storeys have painted sills and cambered brick heads, an 8-pane sash above the doorway and a tripartite 4;12;4 pane sash to each storey, all horned; coped parapet; one chimney. The south side to the City Wall has a small flush sash, a covered tripartite sash and a part-glazed door in a simple pedimented case to the first storey and flush sashes, one of 8 panes and one of 4;12;4 panes, to each upper storey. The rear had small-pane sashes. INTERIOR not inspected. Included for group value. Listing NGR: SJ4069265842
