Town house. 1829-33. Flemish bond brown brick; grey slate hipped mansard roof. 2 storeys; double-fronted south face to Chester canal. Door of 6 fielded panels with radial-bar fanlight in opening with recessed pilasters and gauged-brick arch. Almost flush sashes, now of 4 panes, horned, one to each side of door; 3 similar sashes to first floor; coved cornice carrying 1-course stone parapet. The side to Egerton Street has two 4-pane horned sashes to each storey; 2 roof-lights. INTERIOR not inspected.
