Town house and garden wall. Early C19. Smooth render; grey slate roof. 2 storeys, double-fronted. Ground floor has a 12-pane nearly flush sash, a replaced half-glazed door of 6 panes above 2 fielded panels with a horizontally sliding sash to each side of 9 panes left and 12 panes right; a pair of slender iron columns supporting oriel above doorway; an attached round-arched entry, right. The first floor has a large mid C19 oriel with a nearly flush 16-pane sash to front, a 12-pane sash to each oblique face and a shallow-pitch hipped slate roof; a 9-pane sash to each side. Cornice and 1-course parapet of painted stone; a ridge chimney right of centre. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: garden wall and octagonal gate piers similar to No.133 Boughton (qv).
