House, formerly a longhouse farmstead C17, altered and extended, to left and right, late C20. Painted squared rubble sandstone. Grey slate roof, formerly thatched, with one ridge chimney of stone. The 017 (central) portion is of l½ storeys and 2 windows; the right extension of 1 bay is of the same section; to the left the former shippon is raised to 2 full storeys. The extensions are rendered. Small pane casements and 2 gabled dormers late C20. Boarded door at junction of house with former shippon. Former lobby entrance (now blocked) opposite chimney at right end of C17 portion. Interior: The main room has restored stone ingle-nook right, queenpost truss of oak central and substantial part of oak framing to left wail_ '
