EATON PARK 9/70 Nos. 1-4 Eaton Hall Cottages 30 metres north of Coach-House Court GV II Group of 4 attached cottages 1870's for 1st Duke of Westminster probably by Alfred Waterhouse. Stone-dressed brick (lower storey), oak framing (upper storeys and gables); red tile roofs; ornate red brick chimneys, Two- bay cottages; No. 1 has 3 storeys, Nos. 2 to 4 two storeys. Stone-dressed windows with shaped reveals and mullions and patterned leaded glazing. Projecting gabled porches with sandstone plinths, turned posts and arched trusses to Nos. 1-3, front and left; bracketed pentice porch, right, to No. 4. Oak 9-panel front doors with top panels glazed. Interiors: Not inspected. Listing NGR: SJ4139260913
