2/41 Dovecote at Dodleston Hall (Formerly listed as 1/6/1967 group of farm buildings at Dodleston Hall)

Dovecote, probably circa 1793. Circular tower of brick; capped by a conical slate roof in two stages, below and above a louvred ventilator. An external flight of stone steps leads to a boarded access door. A circular flight-hole faces the back of the Hall. The interior has tiers of brick nesting boxes.
