House: dated 1733 with C20 alterations. Flemish bond plum brick, Kerridge stone-slate roof, stone ridge and 2 gable brick chimneys. Rectangular plan 2-storey, 3-bay, south front. End bays have 3-light C20 wooden casements, with restored lattice-leaded glazing, under flat brick heads. Central bay has added timber-framed porch with C20 4-board door in moulded wooden frame with copy of original inscription on the lintel reading TC 1733. Above is a similar casement. Restored wooden guttering carried on wooden brackets.
