Formerly farmhouse, now house: dated 1720 and 1752 with some later alterations and additions. Rendered brick, partly Kerridge stone-slate roof, partly Welsh slate roof and 1 ridge brick chimney. 2-storey, 3-bay front. Left end bay projects under gable. Segmental head over 24-pane window below, 16-pane sash above and plaque reading GSB 1720 in gable. Central bay has a lean-to porch with a wooden doorframe, with JMM 1752 carved on the lintel, containing a studded board door. Right end bay has restored casements and there is a 1-storey addition to the right. Interior: Not inspected but reported to have timber-framed partition walls and exposed ceiling beams.
