Formerly house, then 2 cottages, now a house: later C17, adapted C19 with C20 addition to right. Coursed, buff sandstone rubble with composition tile roof, and 2 brick chimneys. Rectangular lobby-entry house with room to left and 2 rooms to right. 2-storey, asymmetrical 4-bay front. 2 windows in ground floor, one in first, all horned 6-pane sashes, 2 in chamfered surrounds, one with remains of a hood mould. 2 doors (one blocked) under plain stone lintels. In left gable, a rubble hood mould over upper window and a head of so-called Celtic type set in wall above. Interior: Heavily ovolo-moulded beams in ground floor.
