Barn 25m north of Lower Pedleyhill Farmhouse.

Barn: early C19. English garden wall bond red brick with some buff sandstone dressings. Welsh slate roof. Rectangular plan. South front has central elliptically headed cart entrance with semi-circular headed door to stables to right. Right gable has elliptical headed opening to coachhouse and left gable has 3 semi-circular headed doors to 2 shippons and a central feeding passage. Interior: stone flag and timber stalls in shippon intact. Stone flagged floor to corn barn.
A very well preserved example of a good but modest farmbuilding of varied function of early C19 date.
