Cottage, late C17, brick nogged timber frame with thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 9 panels long, 3 window-bays. Half glazed boarded door fronted by half glazed brick porch with half glazed external door and thatched roof. 2-light flush casements with glazing bars inserted into frame panels. Attic windows in gables. Timbers in small framing arrangement with angle braces. C20 flat roofed plywood clad addition at the rear (east). Added barge boards and fascia board. Central chimney stack. Interior: Bevelled beams and exposed ceiling joists. Ledged and battened doors.
