Description
NEWBOLD ASTBURY C.P. THE GREEN SJ 86 SW 4/50 Nos. 1 and 2 (Black & White Cottages) 14/2/1967 GV II
Terrace of two cottages. C17. Timber framed with rendered infill and brick with a plain tile roof. Two storeys. Entrance front: 15 x 3 cells of uneven small framing with angle braces to the fifth upright from left and the fourth from right. Two plank doors at left and a 4-light, a 3-light and a 2-light casement window to the ground floor. To the first floor are one 3-light and two 2-light and a single-light casement window. C20 tile roof and chimney stacks at left of centre and to the left hand gable end. The left hand gable end is of brick as are the outshuts which mask the rear.
