3/33 Farm building south eastof Minshull Hall Farm
GV II
Multi-purpose farm building, late C17 with C19 and later additions and alterations. Brown brick with tile roof, gabled, "U" shaped plan. 2 storeys, 6 bays, three-course deep brick first floor band. Flush multiglazed casements. Single wide-boarded door on old strap hinges. Brick pilasters separate some of the bays. Stone gable kneelers and finials, blue tile copings. The C19 wing (east) has similar treatment to the gables. Interior: Some bevelled beams and heavy oak joists remain. Re-used purlins, modified king post trusses with oak tie beams. Listed for group value only.
