ACTON C.P. CHESTER ROAD SJ 65 SW 4/5 Cottage south west of - Burford Cross roads - II
Cottage, early C19. Red brick with tile and slate roofs. 2 storeys, 2 bays. A rear wing (south-west) completes an "L" shaped plan. Boarded door under pitched hood on brackets. 3-light flush casements with cambered arches and keystones ground floor and under eaves dentil course at first floor. Gable end stacks and barge boards. The main front building has a tiled roof covering the rear wing is slated. Interior: Ledged and battened doors.
