Cottage, 1708 (in dormer plaque) with alterations and additions. Brick with planted timbers and gabled tile roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, including front gable and one large blank bay east. A rear addition, south, forms an "L" plan with the main block. Gabled porch against small lean-to with flanking lattice wing lights. Three-light twin mullion and transome casement in gabled dormer with barge board. A further dormer, on the east side of the gable bay, has lead apex plaque with the letters HRM and the date. Planted timbers in small framing style above brick plinth. Chimneys with separated diagonal flues. Listed for group value only.
