SJ 55 NE 2/19 BUNBURY C.P. BOWE'S GATE ROAD The Dysart Arms Public House 10 August 1978 GV II Public house, early C18 in origin but of mid C19 appearance. Brown brick in Flemish Bond with tile roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays with C19 double pile wings (west). Sandstone plinth,3-course deep brick first floor band. Mullion windows with three-light casements under cambered arches. Six-panel entrance door, with rectangular transome light, fronted by projecting porch with pair of half glazed, diminished-stile, doors with lower panels fielded. The porch has a pitched roof. Overhanging gable verges with shaped purlin ends and apex finials, gabel end stacks. Interior: Early C18 style chamfered beams and exposed ceiling joists. Listing NGR: SJ5685158120
