Farmhouse, early C17 but now of early C19 appearance. Whitened brickwork and brick nogged timber framing with slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. A single storey 2 bay rear wing (north-east) completes an "L" shaped plan. The rear (east) elevation has timbers, in small framing, with angle braces and brick above the original wall plate, showing that the slope was flattened when slates replaced thatch. The facade (west) is brick with 2-light casements, with glazing bars, under segmental arches ground floor and in pitched half dormers, with timbered gables, at first floor. Boarded door, with glazed panel, in gabled, slated, porch supported by six wood posts off half-height brick walls. Interior: Bevelled beams and exposed large section joists.
