Tithe Barn 180 metres south east of Alvanley Hall.

Barn, late C17, brown English garden wall brickwork with graded grey slate roof. Slightly projecting plinth of large coursed red sandstone blocks. Threshing porch under catslide roof. Band of 3 brick courses at 1st floor. Loophole vents to each storey. Double framed and boarded doors opposite threshing porch; threshing porch doors removed. Inserted camber-arched opening to lower storey in right gable; pointed arched opening to upper storey in each gable end. Plain eaves with flush board fascia added; coped gables with kneelers.
Interior: 2 oak kingpost trusses on brackets.
