Formerly a house, now 4 commercial units: C17 with C20 fenestration. Chipped and rendered over timber framing, Welsh slate roof, 1 ridge and 1 gable brick chimney. 2-storey, 4-bay front. 3 C20 wooden windows and a door in the 2nd bay below, 2 3-light metal casements above. Interior: from the thickness of the walls and reports oil tenants, the timber framed walling with wattle and daub infill is complete but hidden by later decoration. Chamfered ceiling beams exposed in ground storey, one inscribed IPOPO. No other original features visible.
