Formerly a house, now a cottage and shop: later C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framing with brick nogging on stone base carry sheeting over a formerly thatched roof. 1 central ridge brick chimney. 2-storey, 4 bay front. 12 by 3 small frames with an angle brace. Left end bay has 3-light horizontal sliding sash with glazing bars below, 2-light casement above. Two board doors at the centre in wooden frames one with rudimentary fanlight above. Right end bay has inserted 4-light C20 shop window.
