2/69 Bridge over Moat to Lymm Hall and adjacent moat 24/1/1950 walls (formerly listed with Lymm Hall)
GV II
Bridge over dry moat, probably mid C17, of stone. Basket-arched span in later segmental-arched recess. Parapets with moulded cornices have 4 panels to each side of 6 keystoned round-headed arches on shaped square balusters between rectangular piers capped by stone balls. On the north side the abutment returns east to the Moat House (q.v.) and on the south side, terminating in a rusticated pier with projecting cornice, to the yard in front of the service wing to Lymm Hall.
